Most players go to the Brookhaven School to roleplay classes, hang out at lunch, or cause a little trouble in the principal's office. But experienced Roblox players know that the most interesting part of the building isn't the cafeteria—it’s what lies above the ceiling.


There is a secret, abandoned room (often called the "School Base") hidden in the attic. If you are looking for the perfect hide-and-seek spot or a creepy location for your next roleplay story, this is it.

Where is the Secret Room?

The secret base is located directly above the main hallways and classrooms. It is a large, dusty attic space that looks like it hasn't been touched in years. It is dark, filled with cobwebs, and often contains lore items related to the history of Brookhaven.

Why find it? It is one of the safest places to hide from the Police or "Killers" in RP servers because very few people bother to check the ceiling!

Step-by-Step Guide to Entering the Attic

Depending on the current map update, there are usually two ways to get into this secret base. Try Method 1 first, as it is the "official" way in.

Method 1: The Vent Entrance

This is the intended path for players to find the secret.

  1. Enter the Brookhaven School through the main double doors.
  2. Head towards the Auditorium (the stage area) or look for the Janitor/Cleaning Closet.
  3. Look up at the walls near the ceiling. You are looking for a dark grey Vent Cover.
  4. Jump onto a nearby prop (like a cleaning cart or shelf) to reach the vent.
  5. Walk into the vent cover—it is fake! You will pass right through it and enter the dark tunnel leading to the attic.

Method 2: The Ladder Glitch (The Pro Strategy)

If you can't find the vent or it is blocked, you can use the classic Brookhaven glitch.

  1. Open your backpack and equip the Ladder or Sleeping Bag.
  2. Find a low part of the ceiling (usually in a hallway corner or the bathroom).
  3. Place the ladder so it clips through the ceiling.
  4. Climb the ladder. If done correctly, your avatar's head will pop through the roof and you can jump into the hidden space.

What is Inside the Secret Base?

Once you are up there, turn on your flashlight! Here is what you should look for:

  • The Spider Webs: The area is covered in them, giving it a haunted vibe.
  • Old Boxes: Sometimes you can find secret notes hidden behind the stacks of forgotten crates.
  • The View: In some versions of the map, there are gaps in the floor where you can spy on the students in the hallways below without them seeing you.
