There is something terrifying hiding inside the Brookhaven Hospital walls.

Most players go to the hospital to heal up or roleplay as doctors. But if you dig a little deeper, you will find that the Brookhaven Hospital is actually a front for a secret government experiment.

Deep within a hidden laboratory, there is a containment chamber holding a strange figure—often called "The Alien" or "The Subject." Even creepier? You can activate the containment sequence and electrocute the figure.

Are you brave enough to pull the switch? Here is how to find the secret lab and activate the experiment.

Step 1: Infiltrating the Hospital

First, you need to find the entrance to the secret wing. It isn't marked on any map, and you can't walk through a normal door to get there.

The X-Ray Room Entrance

The easiest way to enter the secret lab is through the X-Ray room.

  1. Enter the main doors of the Hospital.
  2. Walk past the reception desk and go into the X-Ray Room on the right side.
  3. Look closely at the X-Ray viewing board/light box on the wall.
  4. Walk behind the board. There is a tiny, glitchy gap between the board and the wall.
  5. Squeeze through this gap, and you will fall into a hidden corridor.

Warning: This area is dark and creepy! Make sure you have your flashlight equipped.

Step 2: Finding the Containment Chamber

Once you are in the secret walls, navigate through the vents and hallways. You are looking for a room that looks like a high-tech laboratory.

  • Follow the path until you see a room filled with computer screens and a large glass cylinder in the center.
  • Inside the cylinder, you will see a motionless, grey or green figure floating in liquid. This is The Alien.

Step 3: How to Electrocute the Figure

Now comes the scary part. You aren't just here to watch; you are here to activate the machinery.

The Activation Sequence

  1. Approach the control panel located near the glass tube.
  2. Look for a blue glowing button or a lever on the console.
  3. Click the button to activate the power.
  4. Watch the tube: You will hear a buzzing sound, and blue electricity will begin to zap the figure inside the tank!

When you shock the figure, it may twitch, glow, or trigger a message on the screens nearby. In some updates, this action causes the lights in the entire hospital to flicker, freaking out other players who don't know what you are doing!

The Lore: What is this Creature?

Why is there an Alien in the hospital? The Brookhaven lore community suggests a few theories:

Theory A: The Agency

The "Agency" (the secret government group in Brookhaven) is using the hospital to hide their experiments on extraterrestrial life. This connects to the crashed UFO sometimes found near the desert.

Theory B: Patient Zero

Some believe this isn't an alien, but a zombie "Patient Zero" that the doctors are trying to cure—or contain—using high-voltage electricity.
