Eagle View isn't just a place to watch the sunset. It sits on top of the biggest secret in Brookhaven history.

Deep beneath the mountain, buried under millions of tons of rock, lies the secret Agency Base. Inside this base is a dormant device—a Portal. But it isn't fully operational. Players have discovered that you can actually "construct" or activate this gateway to unlock hidden energy.

Are you ready to become an engineer for the Agency? Here is how to find the base under Eagle View and build the portal.

Step 1: Infiltrating the Eagle View Mountain

The "Eagle View" area is the high observation deck with the telescopes. However, we need to go under it.

Finding the Secret Entrance

  1. Drive your vehicle up the mountain road towards Eagle View.
  2. Look for the massive stone arches (the "Clean Energy" tunnel).
  3. Near the arches, along the rock wall, there is a hidden, non-solid wall panel.
  4. Walk or drive straight through the rock wall. You will enter a dark, secret garage known as the Agency Base.

Alternative Route: You can also access this area by entering the secret hatch behind the boxes in the Auto Shop!

Step 2: Constructing the Gateway

Once you are inside the main facility, navigate through the hallways until you find the central room. It is a large, circular room with a metallic device in the center.

This is the Portal. To "construct" or activate it, you need to power it up.

The Assembly Process

  • The Power Boxes: In many updates, you must find glowing power crates (sometimes located in the Abandoned House or the Hospital) and bring them here.
  • The Crystal Activation: If you have collected the crystals from around the map, approach the empty slots on the portal ring.
  • Click to Build: Interact with the portal base. As you click the empty receptacles, you are essentially "building" the energy circuit.

Step 3: Opening the Portal

Once the gateway is constructed and the power sources are in place, it’s time to flip the switch.

  1. Locate the Main Control Room overlooking the portal.
  2. Sit in the Commander's Chair.
  3. Click the screens to initiate the launch sequence.

The Result: The device you constructed will begin to spin. A beam of light will shoot upwards, likely connecting to the satellite dish above Eagle View. Gravity in the room will vanish, and your avatar will begin to float!

What does the Portal do?

The Brookhaven community is still debating where this gateway leads. Is it a time machine? A teleport to another dimension? Or a signal to alien life?

By constructing this gateway, you are keeping the story alive. It is the ultimate roleplay scenario for players who love Sci-Fi and mystery.
